Movement as Medicine is a circuit that pairs with Steve Reich's "Music for 18 Musicians" and flows in the cycle of the eleven chords used in the composition. Beginning with diaphragmatic breathing exercises, we progress into dynamic stretching and mobility movements and climax in a sequence of Hindu-based calisthenics.
