An exercise circuit that pairs with Steve Reich’s “Music for 18 Musicians.” The exercise flows in the cycle of the eleven chords used in the composition, beginning with diaphragmatic breathing exercises, then progressing into dynamic stretching and mobility movements, and climaxing in a sequence of Hindu-based calisthenics. It can be performed on sand (beach), or a solid surface. Yoga mats are helpful, but not a necessity. For all fitness levels.
